Great Hotel, Great Value

friendly staff excellent hospitality central location modern interior

I found the staff very friendly. The receptionist from Poland provided excellent hospitality. The hotel also had a good central location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The facilities were modern with spacious interiors.

friendly staff luggage storage awful smell ineffective ac

The room was really clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the luggage storage at the concierge desk. This worked very well for me.

The room had an awful smell as soon as I entered. I turned on the AC and opened the windows in an effort to get rid of the smell, but that did not help.

difficult television insufficient air conditioning

My stay experienced some issues. The television was difficult to operate. It took considerable time to respond to remote commands. This. I also noticed the air conditioning was insufficient to cool the room effectively.

Great Location and Clean Room

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It is a very short walk to Chinatown and Central Station is also nearby. I appreciated the hotel's laundromat, which I found very useful for my extended stay. I used it while having some noodles at the restaurant next door.

The lobby seemed a little old.

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was close to restaurants and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The modern interiors and clean, spacious facilities were appreciated. The laundry room was very useful.

The room was a bit noisy because of street activity. This made it difficult to sleep.

central station great location friendly staff

the location was great, a short walk to central station. darling harbour was also close by. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
